This young woman was interested in nose refinement surgery to address the large hump she had on the bridge of her nose. I performed a closed rhinoplasty with incisions inside the nose only to refine the tip and soften the hump on the top of the nose, creating a very nice shape best seen in the profile photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
