This very athletic woman was interested in a breast augmentation that would create not just more balance with her frame but also more fullness in the upper portion of her breasts. I performed a breast augmentation with 339 cc silicone implants placed through a small incision under her breasts, to create a very nice, balanced appearance, as her postop photos show 6 weeks after her procedure.
