Case 48

The patient was interested in a rounder, fuller appearance to her breasts, in particular in the upper portion of her chest. I performed a breast augmentation with high profile 400 cc silicone implants placed through a small incision under her breasts, to create a very nice, balanced appearance, as her postop photos show 6 weeks after her procedure.
