This tall, young woman was interested in a fuller appearance to her breasts but wanted to still maintain a natural appearance and feel. I performed a breast augmentation with Sientra round silicone breast implants, 435 cc placed through a small incision hidden in the crease of her breasts, to create a very nice look in balance with her frame, as seen in the postop photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
