Case 61

This patient had a noticeable difference in the size of her breasts and wanted an augmentation not only to create a rounder, fuller breast shape with more cleavage, but also to improve the symmetry of her breasts. I performed a breast augmentation with a 371 cc silicone implant on the left side and a 397 cc silicone implant on the right side placed through an incision hidden in the breast crease to create a very nice, balanced appearance, as her postop photos show 6 weeks after her procedure.
