This patient was interested in breast augmentation with saline implants to create more balance with the rest of her frame. I used 300 cc saline implants filled to 330 cc placed through a small incision hidden under her breasts for her augmentation procedure, which gives her the look she wants, as seen in the postop photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
