This young woman in her early 20s was interested in having a breast enhancement procedure that would leave her breasts looking more youthful. I performed a one stage (single surgery) breast augmentation with breast lift using 360 cc saline breast implants filled to 390 cc. The entire procedure was performed with incisions around the areola only to create a fuller, more youthful look to her breasts, as seen in her postop photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
