This woman was interested in breast rejuvenation after having had children. Our goals were to created a fuller, lifted and more youthful appearance, and so we performed a breast augmentation with 304 cc silicone implants with a full breast lift or mastopexy. With this single procedure, we were able to create a dramatic improvement, as seen in her postop photos taken 4 weeks after her procedure.
