This woman in her 30s was interested in a dramatic improvement to both the size and shape of her breasts. I performed a breast augmentation with silicone cohesive gel implants as well as a full breast lift in a single procedure. This approach created a fuller, more lifted and youthful appearance to her breasts, as seen in her postop photo taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
