This nice woman was interested in reducing the size of her breasts to help not only improve symptoms of upper back and neck pain but also to improve the shape of her breasts. I performed a breast reduction that not only reduced the overall size of the breasts but also improved the shape, creating a more youthful, lifted appearance that is in balance with the rest of her frame, as seen in the postop photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
