This woman in her twenties was suffering from severe upper back and neck pain due to the large size and weight of her breasts. I performed a vertical breast reduction with a short scar technique. With this modern method, I was able to not only reduce the weight of her breasts, but to reshape them and give her a lift as well, as seen in the postop photos taken a few weeks after her procedure. Her upper back and neck pain improved significantly and she was able to also fit more comfortably into clothing.
