This young man had true one-sided gynecomastia, or male breast tissue, of his left chest that he developed when he went through puberty, causing him significant embarrassment. I was able to correct this problem and achieve symmetry of his chest by removing the excess breast tissue through a direct incision in the nipple only, creating a nice result in balance with the rest of his body.
