This woman was interested in rejuvenation of her breasts and abdomen after having had children, but her tummy tuck offered unique challenges given the scars from previous surgeries. I performed a mommy makeover with breast augmentation (397 cc silicone cohesive gel breast implants), a breast lift and a full tummy tuck, to not only create a more youthful appearance but excellent healing and contour, as seen in her postop photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
