This woman was interested in a dramatic change for her breasts and abdomen after having had children. I performed a mommy makeover with breast augmentation (533 cc silicone cohesive gel breast implants) as well as a full tummy tuck, to not only create a more youthful appearance but better balance between her breasts and waistline, as seen in her postop photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
