This patient was interested in improving the appearance and shape of her breasts that had really lost a lot of volume after children. I performed a one stage (single surgery) breast augmentation with breast lift using 339 cc silicone cohesive gel breast implants to create a fuller, more youthful look to her breasts, as seen in her post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
