This woman was interested in restoring the shape and size of her breasts after having had children. I performed a breast augmentation utilizing 339 cc cohesive gel silicone implants and placed them through an incision at the bottom of the areola. This procedure has given her a very nice, full breast augmentation, but still in balance with her tall athletic frame, as seen in the post-op photos taken 2 months after her procedure. A second set of post-op photos taken at 9 years after surgery show a long lasting, stable result and incisions almost imperceptible.
