This 19-year-old woman had heavy, pendulous breasts that were out of balance with her frame and affecting the quality of her life. I performed a breast reduction during which I was able to remove around 650 grams of breast tissue from each breast. This allowed us to create more youthfully shaped and sized breasts that were in keeping with her age and body habitus. Post-op photos taken about 6 weeks after surgery show a lovely result with incision that should fade nicely over time.
