This very nice patient in her 30s had breast augmentation by another surgery several years ago. She was now interested in a revision procedure, her goal to have slightly larger highly cohesive gel silicone implants, less rippling and more symmetry. I removed her old implants and replaced them with 360 cc highly cohesive gel medium profile silicone implants and reconstructed her implant pocket with silk scaffold. This scaffold acted as an internal bra to control the shape and position of the implants, creating a beautiful, natural result that was in balance with her frame.
