This young woman in her 20s was interested in softening the appearance of her nose, in particular reducing the hump and refining and elevating the drooping tip. I performed a closed rhinoplasty with incisions hidden inside the nose only. This created a very soft, natural, and balanced nose, as seen in her post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
