This 25-year-old woman was interested in breast augmentation to improve the appearance and fullness of her breasts. She preferred saline implants so we performed an augmentation with saline implants, medium profile 270 cc filled to 300 cc, creating a nice symmetrical result in balance with her body, as seen in her post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her surgery.
