This woman in her 40s had had multiple previous surgeries by other surgeons, including a breast augmentation and a breast lift. This had left her with large, encapsulated implants, sitting high on her chest, and an unnatural flattening of the lower pole of each breast. I performed a breast implant exchange for new, smaller, smooth, round silicone implants, a capsulectomy, and fat transfer to the lower pole of her breasts. This created a softer, more natural appearance, good lower pole shape, and implants sitting in a good position on her chest, as seen in her post-op photos taken 2 months after surgery.
