This woman in her late 40s was interested in rejuvenating her lower face and neck. I performed a lower face and neck lift with particular attention to removal of excess fat, tightening of the neckline, and defining the jawline. The 6-week post-op photos show a wonderful improvement, a more youthful appearance, and incisions that are well-hidden even with shorter hair.
