This 35-year-old woman was interested in a rhinoplasty primarily to address the bump on her nose. I performed a closed rhinoplasty through which I reduced the bump on the nose to create a nice, soft profile more in balance with her face, as seen in the post-op photos taken about 6 weeks after her surgery.
