This young woman in her 20s was interested in a saline breast augmentation to create more fullness and cleavage to her breasts, in particular in the upper portions of her breasts. I performed a breast augmentation with 330 cc saline breast implants filled to 360 cc on her left side and 350 cc on right side, both implants being placed through a small incision hidden in her breast crease. This creates the rounder appearance that the patient wanted, as seen in her post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
