This patient had somewhat narrow breasts and wanted more fullness to balance her frame. I performed a breast augmentation with 339 cc silicone implants placed through an incision hidden in the crease of her breasts, to create a very nice, balanced appearance, as her post-op photos show 6 weeks after her procedure.
