This lovely 25-year-old woman was interested in a rhinoplasty to soften the appearance of her nose, in particular, to address the bump (“dorsal hump”) and to improve the tip size, shape, and position, including how the tip moves with smiling. I performed a closed rhinoplasty (no incisions are on the skin, all incisions are inside the nose only) to create a very nice, feminine, and balanced look, as seen in her 6-week post-op photos.
