This young, very thin woman was interested in a breast augmentation and lift with saline implants. I performed a one stage (single surgery) breast augmentation with breast lift using 240 cc saline breast implants filled to 270 cc. The entire procedure was performed with incisions around the areola only to create a balanced, more youthful look to her breasts, as seen in her post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
