This patient was interested in eyelid surgery to remove the excess skin and fat of her eyelids which was giving her a tired look. This patient did not require a browlift, so I simply performed a blepharoplasty which created a refreshed appearance to her eyes, as seen in the post-op photos taken just 2 weeks after her procedure.
