This patient was interested in a breast augmentation but really wanted a modest implant that would not look out of balance with her thin frame. I performed a breast augmentation with 304 cc silicone implants placed through a small incision under her breasts, to create a very nice, balanced appearance, as her post-op photos show 6 weeks after her procedure.
