This patient had previous 300 cc saline implants that had been placed in front of her muscle. This had created a large gap between her breasts as well as a visible rippling of the implant that she could also feel. I performed breast revision surgery by removing her old saline implants, creating a new pocket behind her muscle, and using Strattice as an internal bra to support her implant and tissue. I then placed new 265cc silicone cohesive gel breast implants in this new pocket, all through incisions hidden in her breast crease. This created a very nice result, narrowed the gap between her breasts, and reduced the rippling of her implants, as seen in her post-op photo stake 6 weeks after her procedure.
