This patient specifically wanted an improved appearance to the excess skin of her neck and poor definition of her jawline and cheeks, as well as softening of some of the lines underneath her eyes. I performed a facelift with particular attention to these 3 areas of concern, as well as performed a laser resurfacing of her lower eyelids. In this way, I was able to achieve a very nice, youthful, and balanced final result as seen in the post-op photos taken 3 weeks after her procedure.
