This young woman wanted a more refined appearance to her nose, in particular, at the tip. I performed a closed rhinoplasty (incisions inside the nose only) through which I reduced the size of the tip and created a more elegant shape to both the tip and the bridge, or dorsum, of the nose, as seen in her post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
