This young woman was interested in a breast augmentation to create a fuller appearance to her chest, in particular in the upper portion of her breasts. I performed a breast augmentation with 304 cc cohesive gel silicone implants placed through a small incision hidden underneath her breasts. We were able to create a nice result in keeping with her goals and in balance with the rest of her athletic, slender frame, as seen in these post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
