This 40-year-old woman was interested in improving the shape of her breasts, having smaller areolas, and achieving a more youthful appearance. I performed a mastopexy or breast lift to reshape and lift her breasts, reduce the size of her areolas, and create a more youthful appearance for this lovely young woman, as seen in her post-op photos taken 6 weeks after surgery.
