This 19-year-old woman was interested in a rhinoplasty to soften the appearance of her nose, in particular, to address the bump (“dorsal hump”) and to improve the tip size, definition, and position. I performed a closed rhinoplasty (no incisions are on the skin, all incisions are inside the nose only) to create a very nice, feminine, and balanced look. Photos at 6 weeks post-op and 1 year post-op show a beautiful, natural, and long-lasting result.
