This woman was interested in a modest augmentation to go along with her tall, athletic frame. I performed a breast augmentation with silicone cohesive gel implants placed through a small incision hidden in her breast fold, to give her a natural and balanced final result, as seen in the post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
