This 44 year old woman was interested in improved shape of her breasts, smaller areolas, and a more youthful appearance. She did not wish to have a breast reduction. I performed a mastopexy or breast lift to reshape and lift her breasts, reduce the size of her areolas, and create a more youthful appearance for this lovely young woman, as seen in her post-op photos taken 6 weeks after surgery.
