I performed breast revision surgery, specifically a capsulectomy (removing the hardened internal capsule) removing her old 270 cc anatomic saline implants and replacing them with new 339 cc silicone cohesive gel breast implants to create a very nice, soft look and feel, as seen in her post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
