This woman requested neck rejuvenation. She was unhappy with not only the excess skin of her neck, but the poor definition of her jawline and neckline. I performed a necklift and addressed not only the excess skin but the underlying tissues in order to obtain a natural result, seen here at 3 weeks after surgery.
