This very nice patient was interested in a breast augmentation that would create balance with her thin, athletic frame. I performed a breast augmentation with 397 cc silicone implants placed through a small incision under her breasts, to create a very nice, balanced appearance, as her post-op photos show 6 weeks after her procedure.
