This patient had had previous breast augmentation and a breast lift, but had decided that her implants were too large and wanted them removed, but still wanted to have a nice, lifted breast shape. We decided together that she had enough breast tissue to create a nice shape without a new implant, so I removed her breast implants and performed a full revision breast lift, to create a nice, youthful look to her breasts, as seen in the post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
