This patient in her 60s was interested in rejuvenation of her neck, jawline, and eyelids, but wanted to maintain a very natural result. I performed a lower face and neck lift, as well as eyelid rejuvenation surgery, to create a very nice, balanced result, without a “pulled” appearance, as seen in her post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
