This woman in her 30s was interested in a rhinoplasty to soften the appearance of her nose, and in particular, narrow its bony width. I performed a closed rhinoplasty (no incisions on the skin, all the incisions hidden inside the nose) with particular attention to meeting her goals of a nice, soft dorsal contour, refined nasal tip, and a narrower nose in particular from the front. Post-op photos taken 6 weeks after surgery show a very feminine, balanced result.
