This patient in her 50s had had multiple attempts at revision of her breast augmentation, leaving the right side with a very nice shape but the left side’s lower pole contour was not acceptable. I performed a revision of her left breast augmentation by reconstructing the lower breast pole with Strattice to create good support of the implant in the lower pole of the breast, as seen in her post-op photos taken about 8 weeks after her procedure.
