This 42-year-old woman was interested in an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) as well as liposuction of the outer thighs after having children. We performed an abdominoplasty and, in the process, removed excess skin and fat as well as tightened the abdominal muscles that had been stretched and separated during pregnancy. We also liposuctioned the outer thighs to create a nice contour from the hips down to the knees. The post-op photos, taken 6 weeks after surgery, show a very nice, contoured, flattened abdomen, hidden scars, and a lovely belly button.
