This young woman was unhappy with the length of her nose, the hump, and the drooping tip. I performed a closed rhinoplasty through incisions inside the nose. With this approach, I was able to reduce the hump, refine the tip, and create balance with the rest of her face, as seen in the post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
