This young woman was interested in refining her nose, in particular, to address the bump on the bridge of the nose as well as the droopy tip. I performed a closed rhinoplasty with incisions hidden inside the nose only. Our focus was not only to meet the patient’s goals but to refine the nose and create a more elegant appearance. Her post-op photos taken just 6 weeks after her procedure show a lovely, feminine nose in balance with the rest of her face.
