This woman in her 30s was interested in improved fullness and shape to her breasts after having had children. I performed a one stage (single surgery) breast augmentation with cohesive gel implants as well as a full breast lift (mastopexy) using 457 cc silicone cohesive gel implants to create a dramatic improvement with more fullness and an improved, more youthful shape, as seen in her post-op photos taken 8 weeks after her procedure.
