This young woman in her 20s was interested in a breast augmentation to create a fuller appearance to her breasts. I performed a breast augmentation with cohesive gel implants placed through a small incision hidden in her breast fold to create a full, soft, and natural appearance to her breasts, as seen in her post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
