This patient had had breast implants placed previously by a different surgeon and had decided she no longer wished to have breast implants, but instead wanted her breasts to appear more youthful. We removed her existing breast implants and performed a full breast lift (mastopexy) to create the look that she wanted, as seen in her post-op photos taken 6 weeks after her procedure.
